A beautiful arched window overlooking a cobbled Edinburgh street bathes the kitchen-living room and mezzanine twin bedroom in light. There is a lift and secure private parking.

Accommodation.

On the lower floor there is a bedroom with a king-size bed and a mirrored wardrobe, and a bathroom with an overhead electric shower.
On the mezzanine level there is a twin room above the kitchen/sitting room, through which a shower room and single room are accessed. The single bed can be folded out to a double bed.
There is satellite TV, DVD player, a washing drier machine, iron and ironing board.
Linen and towels are provided.

The apartment is a few minutes walk from Edinburgh University's George Square, the Festival theatre, the old and new museums, the law courts and the Royal Mile, Princes Street

Edinburgh Castle, Waverley Station and Princes Street take around 15 minutes to walk.
Wonderful restaurants and coffee shops across the road.
